As dicas que vos trago s\u00e3o coisas muito simples que qualquer pessoa pode aplicar e que sinceramente me t\u00eam ajudado MUITO. Bom, sem mais demoras, vejam a minha lista de&nbsp;<strong>MUST DO para perder uns quilinhos<\/strong>&nbsp;a mais:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.Beber um copo de \u00e1gua fria bem grande<\/strong>&nbsp;todas as manh\u00e3s antes de comer o que quer que seja! Depois de muitas horas em jejum, a \u00e1gua limpa, purifica e \u201cacalma\u201d o meu&nbsp;organismo para n\u00e3o comer TUDO o que me aparece \u00e0 frente logo pela manh\u00e3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.<\/strong>Tomar um pequeno-almo\u00e7o completo, ou seja, um refei\u00e7\u00e3o com&nbsp;<strong>fibras, prote\u00ednas e lactic\u00ednios.<\/strong>&nbsp;Eu sei que nem sempre temos tempo para tudo de manh\u00e3 mas o pequeno-almo\u00e7o \u00e9 mesmo a refei\u00e7\u00e3o chave. Eu tomo sempre o meu suminho de lim\u00e3o ao pequeno-almo\u00e7o ou ao almo\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.Sair do trabalho\/faculdade e ir direta para o gin\u00e1sio.<\/strong>&nbsp;O sof\u00e1 \u00e9 o meu maior inimigo (acreditem), portanto a melhor solu\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 nem olhar para ele. Sinceramente, eu evito os&nbsp;<em>snacks<\/em>&nbsp;porque a maioria t\u00eam imenso a\u00e7\u00facar mas a ma\u00e7\u00e3zinha anda sempre comigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.Comer menos \u00e0 noite.<\/strong>&nbsp;H\u00e1 muitas teorias sobre o que comer ao jantar. Eu c\u00e1 continuo na minha! Eu janto sempre muito cedo, tipo 19h e raramente como hidratos de carbono. N\u00e3o sinto necessidade e acho mesmo que me sinto melhor \u00e0 noite (cuidado: se tiverem habituados a comer bastante \u00e0 noite, nada de mudan\u00e7as radicais).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.Dormir mais.<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00c9 mesmo verdade! Dormir mais tem muitos benef\u00edcios incluindo o controlo de peso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Espero que tenham gostado destas dicas e que as ponham em pr\u00e1tica.
